Who we are

This site is run by Stump Grind It. This policy explains what we collect through the forms on this site and what we do with it.

What the forms collect

Our quote form collects your name, mobile number, suburb, the job you need done and an optional message. Our review page can collect your name, phone number and a message if you send us private feedback.

Why we collect it

We use these details to call you back about your job or to follow up on your feedback. We do not sell them. They are sent to our customer record system so we can reply.

Asking us to delete your details

To see or delete the details you sent us, call us on 0400 721 715 and tell us what you sent. We will remove them.

Analytics

If analytics is switched on for this site, it records how pages are used. It does not record the contents of forms.
